"Tao Tunes and More"
A fun way to introduce minds, both young and old, to ancient wisdom of how the world and people behave. The program picks from eighteen vocal settings of the ancient Tao Te Ching by Lao Tsu and mixes in other thoughtful tunes.
Dave Flippo lovingly 'lyricized' these texts and set them in a wide variety of styles: swing, bossa, ambient, rock, tango bossa, (contrapuntal) Indian and others.

"The Sounds of Planet Flippo"
A concert for listeners that want to explore a variety of fresh, new sounds. Flippo's compositions span 30 years and several stylistic phases including world-jazz fusion, contemporary composition in numerous styles and directions and a collection of 18 settings of the ancient Tao Te Ching.
